How to refer a patient

If you’re a GP and wish to refer a patient to Dr Varrall then please read the following.

Referrals are by Fax and need to be sent to the clinic on XXX

To speed up referrals and ensure accuracy every referral needs to include the following:

1. Patient’s name
2. Your name
3. Details of observation
4. Length of problem
